Super Bowl Advertising – do any other three little words cause more salivation in the ad industry, especially the broadcast ad industry? The TV ads shown during the annual NFL spectacle are perhaps as big a show as the game itself, and for many non-football fans (you know who you are) reason enough to “watch” the contest...

Kudos to the PR team over at Zone Labs…they’ve managed to make enough of a splash with their “180solutions Withdraws Lawsuit Against Zone Labs” press release that folks are now calling us to figure out who’s telling the truth. We have not yet reviewed the letter filed with the FTC by the CDT, but 180solutions and the CDT share the same vision of protecting the rights and privacy of consumers on the Internet. This shared vision has resulted in a healthy working relationship that has seen great progress in the fight against spyware and benefited consumers around the world. We have voluntarily made improvements to address every reasonable concern that the CDT has made us aware of. We hope to continue the productive dialog with the CDT for years to come.
